Fees

Our fees from April 2025 are:

Children not yet eligible for Early Years Funding or attending for more hours than covered by Early Years Funding.

2 years 10 months onwards £8.00 per hour. This equates to £24.00 for a 3 hour session or £50 for a full day.

Snack is charged at £1.50 per session.

 Children in receipt of Universal or Working Families Funding.

Snack is charged at £1.50 per session. (This charge is not mandatory during funded hours but we would recommend our snack provision)

We ask for a 75p per funded hour voluntary charity donation to cover all the things we do over and above the Early Years curriculum specifically staffing above the statutory minimum and in this current year Yoga, Story Telling and dance sessions etc. (This charge is not mandatory during funded hours but allows us to provide all the enhanced provision that makes Peter Pan the special place it is)

Children in receipt of 2 year Early Years Funding for families receiving additional forms of support.

No extra costs payable unless they attend for more than 15.5 hours.

All fees are invoiced half termly and we ask that they be paid within two weeks of the invoice date. Please note there is no reduction in fees for time taken off during term due to sickness or holidays. A reminder will be issued for Non-payment of fees and, if after a week, these are still not paid an administration fee of £10 per week will be incurred until paid.

Parents/Carers are required to give four weeks notice to reduce the number of sessions attended or to terminate their child’s place although if we can re-allocate the sessions to another child within this time any fees will be waived.
